When you make an inquiry, request materials, apply for a service or contact us about recruitment, we collect your name, company or affiliation, email, phone number, inquiry and other information you enter or provide. We may also collect cookies, IP addresses, pages viewed and browser information to understand site usage.
We use this information to respond to inquiries; propose, provide and manage service contracts; communicate on business matters; manage billing and payments; communicate about recruitment; improve our services and site; prevent misuse; and meet legal obligations. If another purpose is stated at collection, use is limited to that purpose.
For employment placement, we collect and use jobseekers' names, addresses, dates of birth, contact details, education and work history, qualifications, licenses and preferences, along with employers' company names, contacts, addresses and hiring terms, as needed for matching, interviews, communication, information provision and legal compliance. We do not provide it to third parties without consent or a legal basis.
We do not provide personal data to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law or where necessary to protect life, health or property and obtaining consent is difficult, or in other applicable exceptions.
We may outsource email delivery, cloud storage, analytics and inquiry management. We select providers appropriately and supervise them as needed through contracts and other measures.
We take necessary and appropriate measures, including access controls, credential management, encrypted communications, device and cloud security, employee education, and incident reporting and response procedures.
We retain personal information only for as long as needed for its purposes and for legally or contractually required periods. Once no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it appropriately.
We may use cookies to improve convenience and analyze usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some site features may become harder to use.
To request notification of purposes, access, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure or cessation of third-party disclosure of retained personal data, contact us with your request and the information needed to verify your identity.
